We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1-5 business days (pre-order items excluded). Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary based on third-party logistics providers.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled after confirmation.
To request a cancellation before your order ships, please contact Customer Service at contact@wiskiisportsbra.com.
Please note that cancellations are not guaranteed. Our customer service team will notify you whether your cancellation request was successful.
Beyond Seller Control(Refunds or Reshipments Are Not Available in the Following Cases)
1. Unpaid Tariffs
The parcel will be destroyed if the customs duties are not paid on time
2. Customs Delays
Delays in inspection or clearance by local customs
3. Address Errors / Change of Address
Insufficient or incorrect address details and post-order changes.
4. Post-Delivery Losses
If the shipment is marked as delivered
5. Parcel Refusal
When the recipient refuses to accept delivery of a parcel

For Taiwan customers / orders, please check your email / text message because WISKII support team will contact you for ID number and recipient name in the Chinese language (Taiwan customs requirement).

Turkey
For Turkey customers / orders, kindly provide your ID number by adding a note during checkout or check our email after placing your order. (A Tax Identification Number is a ten-digit number assigned to individuals.)

For Indonesia customers / orders, kindly provide your NPWP by adding a note during checkout or checking our email after placing orders. (NPWP is a 15-digit number that ensures individuals and organizations, including expats, pay their taxes according to Indonesian regulations)
Saudi Arabia
To ensure smooth delivery, please kindly note that our shipping carrier requires a valid National Address (Short Address) in compliance with Saudi customs regulations. A valid Short Address consists of 4 letters followed by 4 numbers (e.g., ABCD1234).
